Job Overview
Location: INDIA, Hyderabad.
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Instructional Designer to design engaging learning experiences for our employees and clients. You will collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs), trainers, and stakeholders to develop interactive eLearning courses, instructor-led training materials, and digital learning solutions that improve knowledge retention and performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop engaging eLearning courses and training programs.
- Conduct training needs analysis and identify learning objectives.
- Create storyboards, scripts, assessments, and learning content.
- Collaborate with SMEs to transform complex information into learner-friendly content.
- Develop instructor-led (ILT), virtual instructor-led (VILT), and self-paced learning materials.
- Use authoring tools to create interactive and multimedia-rich learning experiences.
- Ensure courses comply with instructional design best practices and accessibility standards.
- Manage learning content within Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging learning technologies.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of instructional design methodologies (ADDIE, SAM, Bloom’s Taxonomy).
- Experience with eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline 360, Rise 360, or Adobe Captivate.
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and learning experience design (LXD).
- Excellent storyboarding, writing, and content development skills.
- Familiarity with SCORM, xAPI, and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Strong communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts into engaging learning experiences.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Learning & Development, Educational Technology, or a related field.
- 2–5+ years of experience in instructional design or eLearning development.
- Experience with multimedia tools such as Camtasia, Vyond, Adobe Creative Suite, or Canva is a plus.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of AI-powered learning tools.
